Important – before sending payment, please call the Resort at Paws Up directly at (800) 473-0601 to make your reservation; they will give you a reservation number. Please send payment to us after securing your registration with the Resort. Any registrations made through the Resort but not paid for within nine (9) ays will be forfeited and made available to others. Please notify them if you are traveling alone or with others.
We will do our very best to accommodate all groups traveling together but cannot guarantee arrangements as all lodging is first come, first served. Make your reservations early! I have reserved accommodations with the Resort at Paws Up and included is my payment for:
Wine on the Fly 2012 - $2,747.50 (double occupancy) $3,247.50 (single occupancy) Returning Wine on the Fly customers, please deduct $400 from your ticket price. I understand the remaining 50% deposit is due no later than September 1, 2012.

Cancellation Policy 75% of the package is refundable if cancelled before July 12th, 2012. 40% of the package is refundable if cancelled between July 12th and August 30th, 2012. The package is non-refundable if cancelled on or after September 1st, 2012. Terms and Conditions I have read and understand the Cancellation Policy. I understand that the total package price includes lodging, meals as described in the Trip Information section, guided fishing trips, transportation to and from the rivers, and wines as provided by the participating wineries. I understand that I am responsible for any beverages or additional food items purchased from the Resort at Paws Up that do not fall under the “included” category, any lodging incidentals, any of the optional activities provided by the Resort.
